Who we're looking for
We don't have a checklist of requirements that everyone has to fit. The agents who tend to thrive at Valeris share a handful of traits more than a specific resume:
- Strong communicators — people who can explain complex things simply, and who'd rather listen than talk.
- People who actually care about the families they sit down with. The work is too important not to.
- Self-starters who don't need someone behind them to do the right thing.
- Either currently licensed in life and health insurance, or open to getting licensed (we can guide you through the process).
- People who do business with integrity. If a high-pressure sales culture is what you're looking for, we're not it.
